Peach Kernel oil is extracted from the kernel or "pit" of the peach tree. It has very similar properties with apricot, sweet almond or grape seed oil. This is odorless, light, non-greasy, and readily absorbed by the skin.

It is valued in the cosmetic industry because of its excellent moisturizing property. It contains as much as 42 percent fatty acids that nourish the skin, and has Vitamins A and E as well.

It nourishes, softens, and smoothens the skin while protecting it. It relieves itching, therefore, individuals with eczema can benefit from this oil. It is suitable for aging, dry, and mature skin. Individuals with sensitive skin can benefit a lot from this because of its hypoallergenic properties. It is also a beneficial alternative to individuals allergic to nut oils like almond, peanut, or other nuts.

It is not just good for body massage only, but it can also be used for facial treatment as well, since it is known to be good for the face. Peach Kernel oil can be blended with grapeseed oil and other suitable carrier oils at 10% to maximize skin benefits during massage.
